Bodies with Messages

She was inside a dark room. A dark, old and moldy room. She couldn't stop wondering why she has decided to go to that place.
It was then, while she was absorved in her thoughts, that she started to feel the stink of warm bodies.
Her detective instinct encouraged her to keep moving until she faced a horrible scenary: four dead bodies lingered in a living-room: two on each side of the room and the other two were hanged in the ceiling.
Their eyes were wide open and their faces were white as snow.
She had to devert her stare from it to the ground. It was then that she saw a giant pentagram drawn there.
Suddenly a window had opened itself and when she reached the balcony, she read an awful message written with blood of the victims "they're mine..."
She jumped with fear and ran as she never had ran before. She wanted to leave the house before sunset.
She had just remembered of that old story that her grand-mother used to tell:
"Bodies with messages only mean one thing. Blood will run in your life no matter what. Be afraid and escape from that my child...Escape!"

The End

I think you did a wonderfull job with the crime scene description. It´s very scary, yet... it looks romantic in some sort of way. I love the supernatural references. I think you added a little more spice into it, good job.

Good start.
The description of the room is well conceived as you not only used your eyes to describe it but you have also used your sense of smell.
Like I've said you had a solid start but it seems to me like the end was a bit rushed. Other than that you have a good story there.

Well done Catarina. You described the room in a very detailed way, and the story was also interesting.

Happy Easter.

I also think that you had a great start! However, you didn't developed the meaning of "the pentagram". Although the old story told by her grand-mother is a bit "dark", it is at the same time sweet, because reminds us all the messages left by the elders. Keep up the good job! =)
